This one-of-a-kind necklace features a piece of knotty driftwood, rough clear quartz chips, wooden beads, and Labradorite crystals interlaced in a 100% organic cotton macramé cord.

Driftwood is wood that has been washed up on shore or the beach by the action of winds, tides, or waves. It can come from trees that have fallen into rivers or lakes, or from erosion along coastlines. This piece of driftwood was found on Charmouth Beach, Southern England.

The necklace length is adjustable.

Pendant size (from wood bar to bottom): 6x6 inches
This piece can also be used as a small wall decoration.

Please note:
The wood has been cleaned and disinfected, but it is otherwise untreated.
Avoid contact with water as it can can damage the wood and the cotton cord.

This one-of-a-kind necklace features a hand-painted Agate slice and clear quartz and Labradorite crystals interlaced in a 100% organic cotton macramé cord.

The stone was primed with gesso on one side and then oil painted. The painting has been varnished for protection.

Please note:

Avoid contact with water and sharps as these can damage the painting and the cotton cord. Take care handling the painted stone and avoid touching it with oily skin or with nails.

It's the first time I've painted with gouache in a way that emulates oil painting, and it may be the only way I'll use gouache from now on! I feel it really resonates with me, my work, and the atmosphere I want to convey in my imagery.
The inspiration from this piece came from the stunning view from my workplace window.
